NDIS Community Support is a registered NDIS provider based in Underwood, Queensland. We were founded on the belief that disability support should be about more than tasks and timetables — it should be about genuine human connection, dignity, and the freedom to live the life you choose.
Our team of experienced support workers and coordinators are deeply committed to person-centred care. We take the time to understand each participant as an individual — their goals, their personality, their preferences — and we build support plans that reflect that understanding.
